Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ChiroFreedom Formula website, programs, courses, coaching services, and any related content or tools (collectively, the "Services") offered by ChiroFreedom Formula, LLC ("CFF," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website or purchasing, enrolling in, or using any CFF Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or Services.

 

1. About Our Services

ChiroFreedom Formula provides business coaching, educational content, group programs, and related resources designed for chiropractic practice owners. Our Services include:

  • Private 1:1 coaching engagements
  • Chiro Freedom School (ongoing group coaching program)
  • Self-paced courses and digital tools
  • The FREEdom Practice Assessment (free diagnostic tool)
  • Events, workshops, and seminars
  • Website content, resources, and communications

CFF coaching and educational content is intended for informational and professional development purposes. Nothing in our Services constitutes legal, financial, medical, or accounting advice. We strongly recommend consulting licensed professionals in those fields for advice specific to your situation.

 

2. Eligibility

Our Services are intended for adults (18 years of age or older) who are licensed chiropractic practice owners or professionals operating in the United States. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement and have the authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your practice.

 

3. Accounts and Program Access

Certain Services, including Chiro Freedom School and self-paced courses, require you to create an account through our Kajabi platform. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account

Your program access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or grant access to any other individual. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at [email protected].

 

4. Payments, Fees, and Billing

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By purchasing a CFF Service, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full amount due. CFF does not store your full credit card information.

Pricing

Program pricing is listed at the time of purchase and is subject to change. Any changes to pricing will not affect active subscriptions or existing agreements without notice.

Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

Chiro Freedom School and certain other programs operate on a subscription or installment basis. By enrolling, you authorize recurring charges at the stated frequency. You may cancel your subscription at any time, subject to the cancellation terms in Section 5.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase. CFF will collect sales tax where required by law.

 

5. Refund Policy and Cancellations

Chiro Freedom School

Chiro Freedom School operates on an open-enrollment, ongoing basis. If you are unsatisfied within the first 14 days of your initial enrollment, you may request a full refund by contacting us at [email protected]. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Self-Paced Courses and Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our courses and tools, all sales of self-paced courses, assessments, and downloadable resources are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted, except at CFF's sole discretion in cases of documented technical failure on our part.

Private 1:1 Coaching

Refund and cancellation terms for private coaching engagements are governed by the individual coaching agreement you sign with CFF. In the absence of a separate agreement, a 30-day written notice is required to cancel, and no refunds will be issued for sessions already completed or for the notice period.

Events and Seminars

Event-specific refund and cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of registration. Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days before an event are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future event. Cancellations within 30 days of an event are not eligible for a refund but may be eligible for a credit at CFF's discretion.

Rescheduling

If CFF cancels or reschedules an event or session, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or the option to attend the rescheduled session.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and resources made available through CFF's Services, including but not limited to the Chiro Freedom Formula™, The Profit Lab™, CEO H.A.B.I.T.S. Framework, Growth Success Factors, Freedom Architecture, course content, videos, workbooks, assessments, and website content, are the exclusive intellectual property of ChiroFreedom Formula, LLC and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By accessing our Services, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use CFF materials for your own personal professional development. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any CFF content without written permission
  • Resell, sublicense, or use CFF content to create competing products or services
  • Share program materials, recordings, or resources with non-members
  • Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from CFF materials

Violations of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action.

 

7. Confidentiality and Community Standards

What You Share With Us

Information you share during coaching sessions, assessments, or group calls, including financial details, business challenges, and personal circumstances, is treated with strict confidentiality by the CFF team and coaches. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

What You Hear From Others

Chiro Freedom School and group coaching sessions involve community participation. Other members may share sensitive business and personal information. As a condition of participation, you agree to:

  • Keep all information shared by other members or coaches strictly confidential
  • Not record, screenshot, or distribute any group session content without explicit written consent from CFF and the individuals involved
  • Treat fellow members with respect and professionalism at all times

Breach of community confidentiality is grounds for immediate removal from any CFF program without refund.

 

8. No Guarantee of Results

CFF's programs, coaching, and educational content are designed to provide tools, frameworks, and guidance to help chiropractic practice owners build more profitable, sustainable practices. However, individual results will vary based on a wide range of factors including your practice type, market, level of implementation, team, and personal circumstances.

Any references to profit margin improvements, practice growth, or financial outcomes described in our marketing materials, testimonials, or program content represent results achieved by specific clients under specific circumstances and are not guarantees of what you will achieve. CFF makes no representation that any client will achieve similar results.

Participation in CFF programs is not a substitute for qualified legal, financial, accounting, or clinical advice.

 

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use CFF's website and Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use our Services for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or platforms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any CFF system, account, or data
  • Harass, threaten, or demean other members, coaches, or CFF team members
  • Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others

CFF reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these standards, without refund and without notice in cases of serious violations.

 

10. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number to ChiroFreedom Formula and opting in to text message communications, you agree to the following terms governing CFF's use of SMS and MMS messaging through our provider, Twilio.

Consent and Enrollment

You expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from ChiroFreedom Formula at the mobile number you provide. These messages may include appointment reminders, coaching session confirmations, program updates, event information, and promotional content about CFF services and offers. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any CFF program or service.

Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary based on your program participation and engagement with CFF. You may receive up to 4 to 6 messages per month.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. CFF is not responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

Opting Out

You may opt out of CFF text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts. To re-enroll, reply START or contact us directly. Opting out of SMS does not cancel your program enrollment or affect any other communication channel.

Support

For help with text messaging, reply HELP to any CFF message or contact us at [email protected].

Twilio

CFF's text messaging is powered by Twilio Inc. By opting into SMS communications, your phone number and message content are transmitted through Twilio's platform. Twilio's terms of service and privacy policy govern their handling of that data. CFF is responsible for the content of messages sent and the consent practices described here. Twilio is not liable for the content of any messages sent by CFF.

Liability

CFF is not liable for any delays or failures in the delivery of text messages, including those caused by your mobile carrier, network conditions, or circumstances outside our control.

 

11. Third-Party Platforms and Links

CFF's Services operate in part through third-party platforms including Kajabi, Zoom, Stripe, Calendly, and others. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. CFF is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party platform.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. Those links are provided for your convenience and do not constitute an endorsement by CFF. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any linked site.

 

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ChiroFreedom Formula, LLC, its co-founders, coaches, contractors, and team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Services, even if CFF has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

CFF's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to CFF in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

 

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ChiroFreedom Formula, LLC, its co-founders, coaches, contractors, and team members from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

 

14. Termination of Access

CFF reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any or all of our Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms or our community standards
  • Is harmful to other members, coaches, or CFF
  • Exposes CFF to legal liability
  • Is otherwise inappropriate or disruptive

If your access is terminated for cause, you will not be entitled to a refund for any unused portion of your subscription or program.

 

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or CFF's Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Estero, Florida under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party will bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against CFF.

 

15. Changes to These Terms

CFF reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we will notify active program participants by email. Your continued use of our Services after any changes constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

 

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any individual coaching agreement you may have signed, constitute the entire agreement between you and ChiroFreedom Formula, LLC regarding your use of our Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on the same subject matter.
