Information You Provide Directly
When you interact with CFF — whether by completing a FREEdom Practice Assessment, enrolling in Chiro Freedom School, booking a call, or purchasing a course — you may provide:
- Full name and professional credentials (e.g., DC)
- Email address and phone number
- Practice name, location, and revenue information
- Business goals, challenges, and financial details shared during assessments or coaching
- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe; CFF does not store full card numbers)
- Any other information you choose to share in forms, assessments, or direct communications
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical data, including:

- Pages visited, time on site, and referring URLs
- Device and operating system information

We may receive information about you from third-party platforms we use to run our business, including Kajabi (our course and community platform), Calendly (scheduling), and Zoom (coaching calls). We share your information only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our business, including Kajabi, Stripe, Zoom, Google Workspace, Stripe, Calendly, Loom, Notion, DocuSign, QuickBooks, Good Job and Granola. These vendors have access to your information only as needed to perform their services and are required to keep it confidential.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of CFF or its assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you in advance of any such change and give you the opportunity to delete your account.
- With Your Consent: We may share your information for other purposes with your explicit consent.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. If you close your account or request deletion of your data, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain it longer.

ChiroFreedom Formula uses Twilio to send text messages to clients and prospective clients who have opted in to SMS communications. These messages may include appointment reminders, program updates, event notifications, and promotional content related to CFF services.
When you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages from CFF, the following applies:
- Your phone number and messaging history are transmitted through and stored by Twilio in accordance with their privacy policy, available at twilio.com/en-us/legal/privacy
- CFF does not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan
- You can opt out of CFF text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You can also reply HELP for assistance
- Opting out of SMS communications does not affect your access to CFF programs or your other communication preferences
7. Email Communications and Marketing
When you provide your email address to CFF, you may receive emails about our programs, content, events, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time, and we will honor that request within 10 business days.
You may still receive transactional emails (such as receipts, scheduling confirmations, and program access details) even after opting out of marketing communications.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include secure data transmission (SSL/TLS encryption), access controls, and working only with vetted third-party vendors.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

CFF's programs and website are intended for professional adults (chiropractic practice owners). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
